you within hours of your enquiry. Once you have accepted our offer we will complete
the sale within 4- 6 weeks, often sooner.

My
mortgage payments are in arrears- how can you help?
We can still buy your
property even if you are in arrears with your mortgage. We can also offer you
the option to ‘rent- back’ your home.
-
How
quickly do I have to leave the property?
We will come to a solution
to suit your needs, if you need to stay in the property after the sale has
completed we will be able to arrange that.

back will I be evicted after the first year?
No! So long as you fulfill
your obligations as a tenant we will simply keep renewing your tenancy annually
for as long as you wish to stay.

-
What
percentage do you buy at?
We don’t offer percentages
and we advise that you be wary of companies who do. This is often a ploy to
entice you into a deal, where the final offer will then drop. Our offers are
based entirely on each individual situation.
-
I have
just inherited a property, would you buy it?
Yes, we buy inherited
properties in any condition.
-
If I
accept your offer, what do we do next?
Once you have accepted our
offer we get things going. We will instruct solicitors and follow the sale
through. One of our representatives will visit you and a RICS surveyor will do
a valuation.
-
Who
would I be dealing with?
You will be assigned a 999
Homebuyers consultant who will keep you updated throughout the sale.
-
Can I
use my own solicitors?
Yes you can. However we
offer solicitors who can work impartially on your behalf, who are used to
handling our business and work with the necessary speed and efficiency to
complete all sales within 4- 6 weeks.
-
I’m
worried what my friends and neighbors will think if I have to sell my property?
We work with strict confidentiality
so no one needs to know your business. Selling your property to us
means you never have to have a “FOR SALE” sign up or have your property
advertised nationally and locally.
-
Who will
come and see my property?
One of our consultants will
visit you at your property. We will also arrange for a surveyor to value your
property. Other than that we will try to disrupt you as little as possible.
-
What
happens if I stay on as a tenant and something needs fixing in the house?
When we have purchased your property we become
responsible for certain maintenance. For example, if you have a problem with
the boiler we will pay to get it fixed. We will also be responsible for paying the
building insurance and service charge.
